It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Pittala (Gladstone, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on October 17, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her aunts and uncles, Margaret Saia, Joseph Saia (Antoinette), Mike Saia (Dorothy), James Lipari and Beatrice Belfonte (Mike).
She is survived by: her son Anthony Pittala (Mary); her grandsons, John Pittala and Matthew Pittala; her sister Frances Guastello (Mike); her nephews, Michael Guastello and Joseph Guastello (Anna); and her brothers-in-law, Santa Galate (Vince), Josephine Humar (Mike), Frank Pittala (Kitty) and Leonard Pittala (Katie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
