He was predeceased by: his parents, Gadall Smith and Caroline Smith; and his brothers, Bill, Bob, Richard and Maurice Smith.

He is survived by: his son Pest Control; his wife Shirley Smith; his son Steven Smith (Dianne); his grandchildren, Scott Smith and Julie Smith; and his brother Jerry Smith.
