She is survived by : her spouse Donnie Collins; her children, Christopher Hunt (Sue), Tara Kuhne (Ed), Leonard Hunt (Terri), Lisa Miller and Barry Courtney (Heather); and her stepsons, Matthew Collins (Shelly), Don Collins Jr. and Jeff Collins. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
