He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Elzey and Pansy Lewis (Bentley); his daughter Clarissa; and his siblings, Dorothy St Cyr, Rae Jean Zubeck, Edwin, James, Norris Wayne (Gus) and John Lewis.
He is survived by : his wife Margie Lewis; his children, Vincent Lewis of Dayton, OH, Randy Lewis (Trish) of Glasgow, MO, Travis Lewis of Armstrong, MO, Alicia Heuman (Jeremy) of Glasgow, MO and Nicolette Lewis of Glasgow, MO; his sister Virginia Hackley (Wilbur) of Armstrong, MO; his grandchildren, Zachary (Chase Lewis), Alexus, Isaac (Elijah Baker) and Jenny Lewis; his great grandchildren, Addison, Haddlee Lewis and Easton Himmelberg; his stepgrandchildren, Dakota Meyer, Chance, Ashlee and Hailee Lackland; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Hazelynn Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
