He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald W. Shaw and Desi Casey Shaw. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Donna; his wife Donna Lee Shaw; his siblings, Dwain B. Shaw (Carol) and Dawna Hatcher (Mark); his children, Kara Lee Hamman (Charles) and Christopher Keith Shaw; and his foster daughter Tyleen Caffrey (Ed). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
