Butler (Givens) of Warrensburg, MO; her husband Ronnie Fleener; her sons, Kody Simrell (Lauren) of Ozark, MO, Calem Simrell and Bryan Fleener (Esther); her grandchildren, Micah, Atlas, Aleister, Emberlynn, Hazel, Briland and Cyrus; and her sisters, Debi Stapleton (Leon) of Grain Valley, MO, Pam Brant (Donnie) of Centerview, MO and Beth Ketterman (Leonard) of Greenwood, MO. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
