It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl E. Parmley of Goodman, Missouri, born in Stark City, Missouri, who passed away on August 17, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Parmley and Lucille Parmley (Ratliff); his son Steve Parmley; and his grandson Evan. He is survived by : his wife Ruth (Sarratt); his children, Sheryl Saphore of Kihei, Chip Parmley (Shelley) of Neosho and Angela Forsythe (Frank) of Goodman; his stepsons, Ed Baker of Granby and Tim Baker of Joplin; his sisters, Ila Thompson (Mike) of Udall, Mary Lowe of Miami, Oklahoma and Dolly Gray (Frank) of Miami, Oklahoma; and his sister-in-law Belva Parmley of Sarcoxie. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
