She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Bridgforth (Horton) of Grain Valley, MO; her children, Jacob Paul Wellner Sr. of Blue Springs, MO, Zena Jade Wellner, Mindi Wellner and Amanda Wellner of Independence, MO; and her sister Gayle Chavez.
