He is survived by: his wife Kathy Vanderslice; his daughters, Katlin D. Vanderslice and Sarah J.; his sister-in-law Kelly Sharp; his nephews, Wyatt and Wade Sharp; his aunt Betty Lou Ireland of Hutchinson, KS; and his brothers, Nathan and John Vanderslice. He is also survived by numerous nieces' nephews and cousins.
