He was predeceased by : his parents, Clyde McGuire and Juanita McGuire (Blevins); his nieces, Jennifer Bowles and Heather McGuire; and his great-niece Baylor Bowles.

He is survived by : his wife Claudia McGuire; his siblings, Carol Saavedra and Rick McGuire; his stepchildren, Darin, Marcela Allen, Lori, Gary Carter and Fran Allen; his grandchildren, Sebastian Allen, Samuel, Mariah Carter, Joseph and Hannah Taylor; and his nieces, Nicole Boucher, Tara Cope and Kasey Oltman. He is also survived by many cousins, great nieces and nephews.
