He is survived by : his wife Rae Jean Crutchfield; his children, Wayne Crutchfield of Greenville and Amanda Crutchfield of Greenville; his siblings, Winfred Crutchfield (Martha) of Greenville, Wendell Crutchfield (Charlotte) of Greenville, Glenn Crutchfield (Janice) of Greenville, Loretta Marshall (Chuck) of Mt. Home, AR. and Joyce Cox (Leroy) of Mt. Home, AR.; and his grandchildren, Joey Pertell, Dawson Weston, Vicky Pertell, Novalee Crutchfield, Troy Walls, Zak Walls and Arica Wilkerson.
