He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Penny Osborn; his parents, Joe Johnson and Lillian Huggins; his mother-in-law Judy Osborn-Hill; and his brothers, Jerry Huggins (Beverly) of San Leon, James Huggins (Michelle) of Loranger, LA, Chris Huggins (Hope) of Malden, MO and Brian Huggins (Carrie) of Dexter, MO. He was also cherished by many brother and sister in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
