He was predeceased by : his parents, George Thomas and Lesta Ellen Cunningham (Counts); and his brother Milton Chamberlain. He is survived by : his wife Mary Roberts; and his sisters, Brenda Kay Hopper, Diana Gail Henke, Deborah Arlene Chamberlain and Shelly Rene Hartford.
