He was predeceased by : his parents, Garland Bollinger and Abbie Bollinger (Warrick); his spouse Uvonne Hopkins; and his siblings, Roger, Nathaniel Bollinger, Marie Thornburg, Faye Truelove and Teresa Shaw.
He is survived by : his children, Henry D. Hopkins (Tammie) of Calvert City, KY, Amy Knight of Greenville and Wayne Bollinger (Debbie) of Success, AR; his grandchildren, Sam Hopkins, Logan Knight, Chad Browning, Alicia Browning, Trinity Bollinger, Sirene Bollinger and Aleena Bollinger; and his siblings, Phillip Bollinger (Clara Jean) of Mt. Vernon, Margarette Bollinger of Clubb and Waite Barber (Tom) of Patterson. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchild.
