He was predeceased by: his brother Norman Johnson; and his parents, Doris J. Johnson and Alvin E. Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Pamela A. Branson; his children, Lily Rose Branson, Sarah Elizabeth Branson, Isaac Charles Branson and David Branson; his siblings, Michael Johnson (Kim), Eddie Johnson, Alice Ysaguirre, JoAnn Johnson, Dorothy Branson (Lance Rupkey, Sr.), Nancy Hilmes, Paul Johnson, Charlie Johnson and Roger Johnson; his parents-in-law, Melvin, Sr. and JoAnne Tardy; his brothers-in-law, Melvin Tardy, Jr. (Annie) and Gregory Tardy (Janel); and his uncles, Charlie Brown and Hillbilly.
