He was predeceased by: his parents, Vollie Dominique and Vera Allen Dominique (McCrary); his spouse Beverly Sue Wood; his grandson Duane Bolling; and his brothers, Lloyd and Charles Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Allen, Hamilton and Lorna Blackburn, Sr. (Edmond); his grandchildren, Kyle Bolling (Sonja) and Dusty Bolling (Kristina); and his sisters, Beverly Shaffer, Faye Mcgowin (Ervin) and Becky Lee (Gerald). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
