He is survived by: his wife Ginger Johnson; his daughter Lisa McMurtry (Mel) of Canyon Lake, TX.; his stepchildren, Josh Berry (Timber) of Doniphan and Tina Heisserer (Cory) of Kelso; his siblings, Faye Scoville (David) of Fairview, TX., Linda Engle (Tom) of McKinney, TX., Chris Dunivan (Nancy) of Poplar Bluff, MO. and Donnie Dunivan of Fulton; his grandsons, Logan and Ethan McMurtry; and his siblings, Mary Frances Dunivan and John Dunivan.
