He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Oetting Sr. and Lorna Oetting (Alewell). He is survived by: his wife Jan Oetting (Eggers); his children, Chris Oetting (Tiffany) of Edwards, CO and Carrie Woods (Chris) of Lee's Summit, MO; his siblings, Ron Oetting (Virginia) of Overland Park, KS, Bill Oetting (Frieda) of Olathe, KS, Louis Oetting, Jr. (Marty) of Concordia, MO, Harold Oetting (Susie) of Concordia and Marilyn Holsten (Paul) of Higginsville; and his grandchildren, Lilah, Laney Woods, Chloe and Corwin Oetting. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Services are open to the public but masks and social distancing are highly encouraged.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Wendel Oetting Memorial Scholarship Fund c/o Wood & Huston Bank or Immanuel Lutheran Church.
