He was predeceased by: his parents, George Taucher and Catherine Elizabeth Taucher (Borgman); his former wife Susan Lee Taucher (Mossberger); his daughter Sherry Taucher-Dennis; and his siblings, George Taucher, Jr. and Catherine Czarnecki.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Scott Taucher of Hillsboro, Missouri, Beth Olds (Mark) of DeSoto, Kay Stewart (John) of Hillsboro and Kristen Miller (Christine) of Fenton, Missouri; and his sisters, Marion Vogler of Michigan and Julia Scmitz (Dennis) of South Dakota. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
