Kelley (Hillsboro, Missouri), born in Lesterville, Missouri, who passed away on March 12, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernus Kelley and Hazel Kelley (Jackson); his son Scott Kelley; his siblings, Bobby Kelley, Harold Kelley, Anna Marie Kelley and Ludean Goodman; and his siblings-in-law, Darlene Kelley, Billy Jo and Harvey Goodman.
He is survived by: his spouse Debra Kelley (Smith) of Hillsboro, MO; his daughter Shannon Markotay (Mark) of Festus, MO; his siblings, Normand Kelley of Lesterville, MO and Linda Jo of Hillsboro, MO; his sisters-in-law, Velma Kelley of Fenton, MO and Joann Kelley of St. Louis, MO; and his grandchildren, Ava Kelley, Josiah Markotay and Tessa Markotay.
