She is survived by : her father Mike Simmons of Lincoln, NE; her fiancé Troy Tilton; her son Daxton Tilton; her brother Hunter Simmons (Tiffany Cool) of Seward, NE; and her grandparents, Patti Boyd of Des Moines, IA and Kevin Bishop of Carlisle, IA. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of extended family.
