He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wilkerson and Ruby Leona McDonald (Wendt); his wife Minnie Charlene Hatcher; his siblings, Glen, Richard, Calvin, Phillip, Joseph McDonald Jr., Twila Williams, Louise Stephenson and Bonnie Crist; his siblings-in-law, Bill, Jesso, Donnie, Leon, Charles Hatcher, Richard Stephenson, Glen Hill, David Eddy, Richard Crist, Anna Lee Hill, Nancy Eddy, Mary Alice Frazier, Mary McDonald and Janet McDonald; and his grandchildren, Melissa Couch and Dylan Couch.
He is survived by: his pet Wonder; his children, Sandy McDonald (Bill Ford) of Browning, Jackie White (Jim) of Galt, Teresa Couch (Roger) of Milan and Brian McDonald of Humphreys; his grandchildren, Chad "Deaner" Nida, Lenora "Nora June" Shirley, Tony Seward and Brian "Brian Keith" White of Caleb; his great grandchildren, Logan Wilkens, Warren Combs, Angela, Jasper Nida, Bethany, Madison, Evy, Evan White, Josie White, Ashton, Aden, Aaren Snyder, Ali McNelly, Dominic, Austin and Lillian Shirley; his brother Jerry McDonald (Pam) of Liscomb, Iowa; and his siblings-in-law, Marion "Bubby" Hatcher (Diane) of Green City, Barb Hatcher of Milan, Lucille Hatcher of Green Castle, Tina Hatcher of Carrollton and Linda McDonald of Indianapolis, Indiana. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
