It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Letha Mae Henley (Humphreys, Missouri), born in Trenton, Missouri, who passed away on April 28, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse John Pease; her daughters, Dixie Cox of Trenton, Martha Jackson (Delbert) of Galt and Sandy Smith (Gary) of Brimson; her spouse Eugene Henley; her siblings, Mildred Taylor, Lucille Fletcher and Eugene Chambers; her son-in-law Bill Cox; and her nephews, George Roy Taylor, Dwight Taylor and Jerry Chambers.
She is survived by: her parents, Roy Chambers and Bessie Chambers (Scott); her stepson Paul Henley (Sandra) of Milan; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Eric), Gann, Erik Jackson (Becka), Sheynee Shuler (Jeremy), Kellie Smith, Shane Watkins and Jeff Watkins (Tosha); and her sister-in-law Mary Chambers of Columbia, MO.. She is also survived by several great grandchildren nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to kindergarten and first grade library at Grundy R-V elementary in Humphreys where Letha enjoyed reading to the children or the donor's choice.
