He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Chelsie and Lillie Jane Oliver (Burton); his spouse Adranelle Fullington; and his siblings, Earl Oliver, Willard Oliver, Verna Patrick and Dorothy Hedges.

He is survived by : his son David Oliver (Patricia) of St. Joseph, MO; and his grandchildren, Zachary Oliver and LeeAnna Oliver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
