It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kellie Ann McConnell of Huntsville, Missouri, born in Moberly, Missouri, who passed away on September 2, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Douglas Heaston and Betty Heaston (Ames); her brothers, Darrin Heaston, Douglas Heaston, Ralph Heaston and Donald Jean Heaston; and her brother-in-law Leslie Pennington.

She is survived by : her husband Lester McConnell of Huntsville, Missouri; her children, Lester "Pete" McConnell (Amber) of Moberly, Missouri and Leslie Wales (John) of Huntsville, Missouri; her siblings, Steve Heaston (Sharon) of Moberly, Carl Heaston of Vandalia, Missouri, Margaret Welch (Leonard) of West Plains, Jolietta Heaston of Columbia, Betty Pennington of Moberly, Opal Nickerson of Moberly, Dorothy Colbert of Vandalia and Mardell Rippel (Tony) of Moberly, Missouri; her sister-in-law Diana Heaston of Moberly, Missouri; her grandchildren, Aurora McConnell, Kyra Wales, Alex McConnell, Lacey Wales, Matthew McConnell and Alyssa Wales; and her great grandchild Jaxson Ford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
