He was predeceased by: his parents, George Robert and Mary Alice Summers (Richmond); his wife Shirley Summers; and his daughter Nancy Ann Summers. He is survived by: his sons, George R. Summers of Moberly, MO, James R. Summers (Dottie) of Eldon, MO and John W. Summers of Huntsville, MO; his grandchildren, Lilliah Allen, Abby Summers, Tommy Campbell and Becky Olatunji; and his cousin Elizabeth Summers White. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
