She was predeceased by: her mother Sydney Perkins; and her son Michael Whittle. She is survived by: her spouse Shawn Whittle; her sons, Klayton Whittle and Elliot Whittle; her father Herbert Perkins (Elaine) of Iberia; her siblings, Timothy Perkins (Shyla) of Iberia and Jennifer Pemberton (Daniel) of Iberia; her parent-in-law Mike Whittle of Iberia; and also, Klayton, Elliot and Beth Whittle of Iberia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Jessica Whittle Memorial Fund.
