She is survived by: her children, Christina Smith (Bill) of Blue Springs, MO and Robert A. Horne (Ann) of Buckner, MO; and her grandchildren, Jamie Rayburn (Kyle), Christopher Smith (Salena), Elizabeth Horne and Bobby Horne. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
