With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Etta Jane Asher (Independence, Missouri), born in Bethany, Missouri, who passed away on December 9, 2017 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Victor "Pete" and Ruby Marie McGowen (Triplett); and her siblings, James Franklin McGowen, Virginia McGowen and Ida Marie Robertson.

She is survived by: her daughter Donna Asher of Kansas City, MO. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and great nephews.
