He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leroy Huffstutler and Hazel May Miller; and his siblings, Elsie Terry, Wanda Ray, Sue Luttrell and Rod Huffstutler.

He is survived by: his sister Pat Daniels; and his daughter Tina. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
