He is survived by: his wife Beverly Shultz; his children, Terri Kalbfleish, Jeffrey Shultz (Kim) and Kimberly Ratliff (Dennis); his grandchildren, Jaime Knapp (Klint), Hunter Ratliff, Matthew Kalbfleish (Lindsey), Brooke Ratliff, Spencer Shultz (Brittany), Chase Ratliff and Holly Shultz; his great grandchildren, Karter Knapp, Harper Knapp, Wyatt Kalbfleish and Rowan Kalbfleish; and his siblings, Jean Matlock (John) and John Shultz (Nancy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
