He is survived by: his children, Frank O'Guin (Christine), Harlan O'Guin III, Donnita O'Guin-Spickler (Ray), Michelle Walz (Tracey) and Travis O'Guin (Dawn); and his siblings, Gene Conley, Connie Hart and Peggy Peterson (Anna Lee). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and other family and friends.
