He was predeceased by: his wife Daneen Streeter Barbour. He is survived by: his wife Bettye; his children, Amy Burnett (Scott) of Odessa, MO and Dan Barbour (Heather) of Lee; his grandchildren, Kristin Satyavelu (Clinton), Jamie Jensen (Tim), Matt Barbour, Cameron Burnett, Kyle Burnett and Addison Barbour; his stepchildren, Sandy Claibourne, Stacy Claibourne and Alyssa Garrett (Norb); and his stepgrandchildren, Amanda Cryderman (Brian), Callie Hagood (Matt), Seth Kays (Sebrina), Hannah Kays, Taylor Garrett and Peyton Garrett.
Memorial donations may be made in his name to the Daneen S. Barbour Scholarship Fund at the National Precast Concrete Association, 1320 W. City Center Dr., Suite 200, Carmel, IN 46032.
