He is survived by: his pet Dolly Carter; his spouse Dorotha Hill of Buffalo; his siblings, Kenneth Carter (Reba) of Marshall, MO, Karl Carter (Daralene) of Lone Jack, MO, Nellie Rapp (Paul) of Oak Grove, MO, Joseph Carter and Gladyce Honsinger of Lees Summit, MO.; his daughters, Kimberly Jones (Allan) of Lincoln, MO and Kellie Presley of California, MO.; and his stepchildren, Debbie Hill (Larry Lynch) of Strafford, MO. and Laryssa Larimer (Jeff) of Strafford, MO..
