He is survived by: his wife Pat Botts; his daughters, Joanne Mael (Patt) of Sugar Creek, MO and Barbara Sue Patton (Mark) of Warsaw, MO; his sister Doris Jean Allen of Windsor, MO; and his stepdaughters, Jewell Ann Bergin (Mark) of Independence, MO, Sarah Ozburn (Bill) of Independence, MO, Linda Rierdon of Independence, MO and Tammy Hanes (Jim) of Independence, MO. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
