She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey and Eleanor; her aunt Betty Lou Kirby; and her uncles, Joe Carmer and Bill Carmer.
She is survived by: her husband Greg; her daughters, Katelyn Cook (David) of Columbia, MD, Amanda Cook of Lenexa, KS and Rex; her sister Ami DiGregorio (Mike) of Albuquerque, NM; her niece Danielle Rodriquez (Ruben) of Albuquerque, NM; her brother-in-law Gary Cook; her sons, Travis, Jake and Josh; her sister-in-law Lynda Purdie (John); and also, Gayle Cook of Bellingham, WA, Michelle (Kolton), Brianna and Marina.
