She was predeceased by: her children, Michael Giles and Nola Jean Giles; her parents, Johnnie Ezell and Vernon Bragg; and her siblings, Arron E. Bragg, Nolen G. Bragg and Joye Bragg Snyder.

She is survived by: her nephew Robert Godwin; her daughters, Pamela Johnson (Jimi Johnson) and Rexanne Carmean (Randy Mueller) of Independence, Missouri; her grandchildren, Kelli Kellinger, Monica James, Wayne Giles and Mike Giles; her great grandchildren, Justice Salyer (Kanyon Salyer), Dylan James (Stevie James) and Krystal James (Matt Marlow); and her sisters, Wanda Bragg Godwin and Nonnie Ezell Nutting. She is also survived by seven great-great-grandchildren.
