He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilber Hall and Hattie Laura Hall (Wry); and his brother George Hall. He is survived by: his wife Donna D. Hall (Haven); his children, Melinda Foster (Joe) and Mike Hall (Audra); his grandchildren, Micah Hall, Melea Hall, Malachi Hall, Micaiah Hall, Amanda (Luke Foster), Troy Foster and Chrissy Foster; his great grandchild Raina Marie Foster; and his siblings, Joe Hall (Jackie), Milton Wright (Terry), Anita Sumner (John), Nancy Rocha (Lupe) and Laura Thomas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
