He is survived by: his significant other Wilma Jean Peffer; his sister Alice Heman (Melvin); his children, Robert "Bob" Anderton (Gale), Brenda Ryals (Gene), Jeannie Scalise (Dean) and Jan Burkett (Kent); his grandchildren, Alisha Anderton, Gene Ryals (Kendra), Taylor Norman (James), Kyle Ryals, Jamie Anderton and Tanner Burkett; and his great grandchildren, Dylan Kroesen and McKenna Ryals.
