He was predeceased by: his wife Emily "Pearl" Estes; and his brother Kenneth Hicks. He is survived by: his children, Donna Crist (Don) of Lee's Summit and Duane Hicks of Independence; his grandchildren, Jeremy Hicks, Jacob Decker and Bobbie Hicks (Jake Rau); his great grandchild Emalee Rau; and his brothers, Fred Hicks of Tomball, TX and Marvin Hicks (Sharon) of Livingston. He is also survived by many brother & sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
