McCormick (Independence, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on August 18, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, B. W. McCormick (Maureen) and Letha Long (James Long); and his siblings, James Long, Jr. and Linda Gass. He is survived by: his sons, Jason McCormick (Brittney) of Independence, MO and Jeremy McCormick (Becki) of Grain Valley, MO; his grandchildren, Gunnur, Rehmi and Hadley; and his sisters, Martha Frasher of Belton, MO and Shawn Kirkman (Paul) of Independence, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
