He is survived by: his mother Lisa Smith; his father-in-law Ricardo Nevarez; his father Stephen Smith Jr.; his sister Brooke Smith; his children, Maegan Allen, Maci Jo Smith, Sawyer Smith and Brantlee Smith; and his grandson Samuel Reynolds.
