He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Carrol Joseph Duggins and Eva Agnes Murphy Duggins; his children, Mary Lu Ragar (Bob), Thomas Joseph Duggins, Kathleen Brown (Curtis) and Eileen Fields (Jim); his sister Patricia Walcott; and his wife Martha Sue Duggins.
