He is survived by: his children, Orah Garrett Miller and Wheeler H. Miller; his wife Mildred Byrd Miller; his daughters, Cindy Simpson (Melvin Simpson) and Dianne Omar (Weiss Omar); his wife Cindy Simpson (Melvin); Gulf.
