She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter "Red" and Laura Pulley; her son Ricky Lewis; and her siblings, Tony Wayne Pulley, Bob Pulley, Burnell Pulley, Melvin Pulley, Jo Ann Hodge, Lorraine Bates, Eufa DeVaney, Byrtle Lewis and Darlene Lewis.

She is survived by : her husband Gary Lewis; her children, Eddie Lewis of Ironton and Sheri Lewis of Ironton; her brothers, Pete Pulley of Centerville and Carl Pulley of Ironton; and her granddaughter Callie Lewis.
