We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2020, at the age of 92, Betty Rae Cochell of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Ottumwa, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Rusch and Veda Rusch (Connell); and her daughter Tamara Cochell. She is survived by : her daughter Julie Couch (Chris); her grandchildren, Matthew Dominguez and Mikayla Dominguez; and her great grandchildren, Colton Lee Dominguez and Noah Kade Lansford.

The general public is welcome to attend services while following social distancing guidelines.
