Though Charles Timothy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charles Timothy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Major Charles and Laura Parker (Barnes); and his sister Tina Meyer. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Evers; his brother John; his sibling's children, Sarah Parker Fullmer (Jon) of Jefferson City, Amy Meyer Sheffield of Jacksonville, FL and Jason Meyer; and his sister-in-law Delores Epps (Danny) of Jefferson City.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (1206 E McCarty St, Jefferson City, MO 65101). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
