He was predeceased by: his parents, C. A. "Buck" Watt and Clara Lee Watt (McClure); and his brother Dale G. Watt. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Marie Gill (Donald) of Jefferson City; and his grandchildren, Emily Kate Kolb of St. Louis, Olivia Grace Kolb of Jefferson City and Ethan Dale Kolb of Columbia. He is also survived by his wife, daughter, grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Salvation Army, First Presbyterian Church or The Nature Conservancy.
