With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Danielle Nicole Fain-Maddox (Jefferson City, Missouri), who passed away on October 21, 2025 at the age of 40. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Terrance Fain; her grandparents, Jesse and Connemara Fain (Welch); her uncles, John Hudson and Patrick Fain; her aunt Deborah Garber; her grandparents, Bernard Carel and Virgina (Greassle); and her aunt Judith Carel.
She is survived by: her mother Cynthia Carel-Zanka; her daughter Haylee Nicole Fain-Maddox; her stepfather Robert Zanka of Rapid City, SD; her siblings, Jacob Fain of California, MO and Sara Fain of Rapid City, SD; her stepmother Christie Fain of Jefferson City, MO.; her siblings' children, Aniah Perry, Tessa Fain and Declan Fain-Torres; Melissa O'Guin (Rich), Mary Michele Fischer (Becky Barry), Evie Carel, Eileen Hicks, Linda Hudson, Bill Fain (Melody), Jay Garber, Ron Carel (Melinda), Jim Carel (Rita) and Denny Carel (Linda). She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church.
