He was predeceased by: his parent Walter Spratt. He is survived by: his parent Mina Mae Spratt (Leach); his sons, Jim Spratt (Jaala) and David Spratt (Nikkie); his brothers, Gene D. Spratt of Mountain Home, AR and William Spratt of Mountain Home, AR; his granddaughters, Lexie, Kailey, Annie, Jayme, Maggie, Lauren and Allie; and his brother Alfred A. Spratt.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
